Perencanaan Struktur dan Pola Ruang Kawasan Pemerintahan Tobadak berbasis Konsep Urban Resilience

Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah kini sedang gencar melakukan pembangunan daerah secara berkelanjutan. Pembangunan tersebut bertujuan untuk pemerataan dalam bidang ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Seperti halnya pembangunan-pembangunan pada daerah berkembang, penetrasi pembangunan yang sangat cepat selalu memunculkan paradoks perkotaan yang dalam hal ini memicu terjadinya proses urbanisasi penduduk dari desa ke kota. Perencanaan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan ruang yang mampu memenuhi dan mengontrol kebutuhan-kebutuhan Kawasan Pemerintahan Tobadak baik secara ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan diantaranya: analisis SWOT, analisis AHP, analisis Spasial dan analisis Space Syntax. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari instansi pemerintah serta observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil utama dari perencanan ini adalah masterplan, rencana struktur dan pola ruang serta mitigasi bencana kawasan yang berbasis konsep sustainable and integrated development.
